TM Warranty

Every vehicle purchased from Tokyo Motors Japan is eligible for our TM Warranty — giving you confidence and protection after your vehicle arrives.

Warranty Period: 3 months or 3,000 km — whichever comes first

What Is Covered

Engine
Internal engine components (pistons, crankshaft, camshaft, valves)
Engine block and cylinder head
Timing chain and tensioners
Turbocharger and supercharger (where factory fitted)
Oil pump and water pump
Transmission
All internal transmission gears and bearings
Transfer case components on 4WD vehicles
Automatic transmission torque converter
Manual gearbox synchromesh rings
Front and rear differentials
Electrical Systems
Alternator and starter motor
Engine management unit (ECU)
Anti-lock braking system (ABS) control module
Air conditioning compressor
Power window motors and central locking actuators

What Is Not Covered

Exclusions
Tyres, brake pads, brake discs, and clutch plates (routine wear items)
Filters — oil, fuel, air, and cabin filters
Wiper blades, bulbs, and fuses
Cosmetic damage — scratches, dents, paint chips, and interior wear
Glass and mirrors (cracks, chips, or breakage)
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorised modifications
Routine service consumables — engine oil, coolant, brake fluid
Damage from flooding, fire, or other acts of nature

How to File a Warranty Claim

Contact Our Support Team

Call or email our warranty department within 24 hours of discovering the fault. Quote your order reference number and vehicle chassis (VIN) number. Do not attempt any repairs before receiving authorisation.

Submit Your Claim

Complete the online warranty claim form in your account dashboard. Upload photos or video of the fault, the inspection report from a qualified mechanic, and any relevant receipts.

Authorisation & Resolution

Our warranty team reviews your claim within 3 business days. Upon approval, we will arrange repair at an authorised workshop in your country or issue a reimbursement to your account.
