Payment FAQs
When is the deposit due?
A 30% deposit is required within 3 business days of invoice issuance to secure the vehicle. The remaining 70% must be received before the vessel departure date.
What currency do you accept?
We primarily invoice in USD. However, we can also accept JPY or EUR. Exchange rates are applied at the time of invoicing based on the mid-market rate.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All card transactions use 3-D Secure verification. Bank transfers go through our verified corporate accounts held at major Japanese financial institutions.
What happens if my payment is delayed?
Please contact our support team promptly if a delay is expected. We will do our best to hold the vehicle, but cannot guarantee availability beyond the agreed payment deadline.
