Hiroshi Tanaka
Chief Executive Officer
Hiroshi founded Tokyo Motors Japan in 2004 with the vision of making Japanese automotive excellence accessible worldwide. With over 25 years in the automotive export industry, he has steered the company to serve buyers in 150+ countries and overseen the export of more than half a million vehicles.
Yuki Nakamura
Chief Operating Officer
Yuki manages day-to-day operations across logistics, compliance, and customer service. Her background in international trade law and supply-chain management has been instrumental in streamlining the company's multi-port shipping operations and obtaining ISO 9001 certification.
Kenji Watanabe
Head of Sales
Kenji leads Tokyo Motors Japan's global sales team, overseeing relationships with certified agents across Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. He joined the company in 2009 and has personally facilitated more than 80,000 vehicle transactions throughout his tenure.
Aiko Shimizu
Head of Logistics
Aiko directs the company's end-to-end shipping and documentation operations, coordinating with major RORO and container lines to ensure on-time vessel departures. She introduced the CAP (Car Arrival Progress) tracking system that now monitors every shipment in real time.
